Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade

Founded in 2004，Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade is a full-time undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education in 2011. It is a non-profit private university which currently has the largest school-running size, the greatest potential of development and the highest reputation in Fujian Province.

Situated in Changle District, a gateway to Fujian Province’s capital city Fuzhou, the university covers an area of about 1300 Chinese mu, including about 400,000 square meters for buildings. It has teaching and scientific research instruments worth about RMB 110 million yuan, a total library collection of around 3 million printed books and electronic documents, more than 100 laboratories and 200 training bases.

At present, the university has 8 schools, 31 undergraduate specialties and more than 17000 students. The university has won a lot of awards and honors, including “National Outstanding Private University”, “National Model Workers’ Home”, “A Comprehensive Prize for National Private University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education”, “50 Universities with Typical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Experience” approved by Ministry of Education in 2017, “Fujian 10th, 11st and 12nd Civilized School”, “Fujian First Civilized Campus”, “ Fujian Advanced Unit of College Graduates Employment Work”, and “Outstanding Contribution Prize” from the first National Youth Games.
