Abstract
China is the world’s largest producer of textiles. As an industry with large energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, the textile industry is one of the important sources of greenhouse gases in China. According to the carbon emission data of textile industry in recent years, although the carbon emission of textile industry is decreasing year by year, but it has not yet completely got rid of the status quo of high energy consumption and high emission. In order to achieve the “30-60 target” under the pressure of the task, the textile industry still need to continue to explore the road of carbon emission reduction, as early as possible to achieve a low-carbon green transformation road. At present, there are still more problems in the development of high-quality textile industry, including laws and regulations, industry standards and the flow of funds and other aspects. First, refer to the relevant foreign laws and regulations program and the organic combination of China’s national conditions, according to local conditions to make additions and amendments to the imperfections of the existing domestic laws; second, effectively connect the work of standard revision and standard development, and develop a standard with guiding significance for the production practices of Chinese textile enterprises; last, vigorously develop financial innovation to support the green transformation of the textile industry, which can be achieved through green finance and transformation finance.
